Yappr helps you turn what you send us on WhatsApp into posts on LinkedIn and X. This page says what we keep and why.

Who we are

Yappr is run by Sales Boutique B.V., HJE Wenckebachweg 6 v6, 1096 AN Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Sales Boutique B.V. is the controller of your personal data.

What we collect

Your WhatsApp number and profile name; the messages, voice notes and photos you send us; the website you give us and a short summary of it; the posts we draft and publish for you; and the access tokens LinkedIn and X give us when you connect your accounts.

What we use it for

Only to write, schedule and publish your posts, to remind you to post, and to keep the service working. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Bird (WhatsApp messaging), Anthropic (writing the drafts), AssemblyAI (transcribing voice notes), Supabase (database and file storage, EU), Vercel (hosting), and LinkedIn and X when we publish on your behalf.

How long we keep it

As long as you use Yappr. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your data within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, and you can disconnect LinkedIn or X at any time in their settings. Email hello@getyappr.io.
